*Successful candidates for our Work-Back Scheme must meet the following requirements:

- You are confident working with children aged 3-11 and have an interest in personal development and sport development
- You are good at communicating with children and parents and you want to develop your teaching skills at a recreational sport level
- Valid enhanced DBS (obtained in last 12 months)
- Willing to work 20 hours volunteering prior to the start of the course 
- Already hold or willing to undertake NPLQ and NRASTC (Optional)
- Willing to undertake an interview with a member of Becky Adlington’s SwimStars/Total Swimming Academies
- Agree to work back 50 hours after the course over 10 weeks
